Executive Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the power sector in South and Central America and the Caribbean, first working with AES, and since 2007, with AEI, where he served as Regional General Counsel for Central America and the Caribbean. He has extensive experience in cross border transactions, M&A, financing, asset management and business development.

Mr. Lafee holds an LLM degree from Duke University School of Law (US) and an MBA degree from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management (US) and Deusto Business School (Spain).
