Fernando Planchart

General Counsel with more than 20 years of global corporate and transactional experience – including in the private equity, power and renewable energy sectors, both in-house and in international law firms. Mr. Planchart has extensive experience in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations, as well as in the development and financing of projects in the US and Latin America. He also has broad experience in corporate governance, regulatory, compliance and securities matters for publicly listed companies.

Mr. Planchart holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School (US).
