Accountant/Executive with more than 15 years of experience in cross-country, multi-disciplinary project leadership across the Finance organization in the Energy industry. During the last 10 years, Mrs. Barila has joined the most professionally and culturally diverse teams as she was part of the Market & Valuation Analysis group and the Controllers’ department. Prior to joining Ceiba, Mrs. Barila was Sr. Manager FP&A at Orazul Energy (I Squared Capital-owned) and before that, she held several Finance/Accounting-related roles at Duke Energy in various locations.

Mrs. Barila holds an MBA in Finance from Tulane University (Houston, TX) / Belgrano University, Argentina and a BA (Accounting) from Belgrano University, Argentina. She’s fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
