Dino Padilha

Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Padilha has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector focused on power generation, with exposition to other areas of the industry. His expertise ranges from power generation from oil, gas, hydro, wind, and coal to other energy-related areas like transmission, gas pipelines, coal logistics, and EPC. He has extensive experience managing assets in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Most recently, Mr. Padilha was the Plant Manager of a 500MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant in Ohio, where he supported the owners during construction, commissioning, and plant operations. He has worked for companies such as NAES Corporation, Eneva, EDP Brazil, Neoenergia, and AEI Energy, where he served as Senior Manager and Director. Mr. Padilha also held the responsibilities of Board Member for power generation, coal logistics, and EPC companies.

Mr. Padilha holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
